Transport Office Administrator

Location: Horwich, Bolton

Due to expansion we are looking to recruit for an Office Administrator in our busy transport office. The role is to provide administrative support, co-ordinate transport, answer and respond to calls and emails. Candidates will have good verbal and written communication skills, strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanour. The ability to learn new software packages in order to provide cover and back up is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct employee queries
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Work with our accounting department to ensure invoicing and tracking payments are correct.
  • Liaise with our customers and clients to optimise operations
  • Provide cover for other office members when needed
  • Provide administrative support for operations teams and the transport manager.

Hours : 8.30am – 5:00, half hour lunch break.
