Supply has been seamless since Marshalls set up this agreement 3 years ago and Armstrongs have dedicated vehicles running between the quarry and the site on a daily basis. Communication between the quarry and the site is very good and any issues tend to be worked around due to the quality of the communication and the strong relationship. Product quality is consistent. Relationship is strong between the manufacturing site, the quarry and head office with supply expectations managed professionally.
